Health, they say is wealth. Its already a cliché even. But how many of us pay proper attention to our health via what we take, ingest or let out of our body system. When was the last time you even went for a medical check, if you've ever done that before?

We seem a bit reckless and naive when it comes to our wellbeing and that results in adverse experiences. That's why I took this time out to share a few facts with us on health. Maybe these tips can help us readjust our way of healthy living.
